At Bricks Pilot, we strive to provide a seamless and satisfactory experience for all our users. This Cancellation and Refund Policy explains our subscription terms and cancellation process.

1. Our Policy

Our services involve digital content and subscription plans (Pro, Business, BYOK, and Converter) that provide immediate access to AI-powered design generation and HTML/CSS conversion features upon purchase.

Important: Once a payment is completed through our secure third-party payment processor, Paddle.com, for any of our subscription plans or services, we do not offer refunds.

This policy is in place due to the nature of digital services and the immediate access provided upon purchase.

2. Monthly Billing and Subscriptions

2.1. Subscription Plans

We offer the following monthly subscription plans:

  • Pro Plan: $25/month - 100 AI generations
  • Business Plan: $50/month - 300 AI generations
  • BYOK Plan: $8/month - Unlimited generations with your own API keys
  • Converter Plan: $5/month - HTML/CSS conversion only

2.2. Billing Terms

  • All subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis
  • Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled
  • Payment is processed at the beginning of each billing cycle
  • You have full access to your plan features throughout the billing period

2.3. Changing Plans

You can change your subscription plan at any time:

  • Upgrade to a higher-tier plan - takes effect immediately
  • Downgrade to a lower-tier plan - takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • Switch between plans through your dashboard
  • No refunds are provided when changing plans

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time with no penalties.

3.1. How to Cancel

Cancelling your subscription is simple:

  • Log in to your Bricks Pilot dashboard
  • Navigate to your subscription settings
  • Click the "Cancel Subscription" button
  • Confirm your cancellation

3.2. What Happens When You Cancel

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • You continue to have full access to all paid features during this time
  • No further charges will be applied after the current period ends
  • Your account will automatically downgrade to the free tier (if available) or become inactive

3.3. No Prorated Refunds

We do not offer prorated refunds for cancellations made during a billing period. When you cancel:

  • You keep access until your paid period expires
  • No refund is provided for unused days in the current month
  • This allows you to continue using the service you've paid for

4. Exceptions - When Refunds May Be Issued

While we do not offer standard refunds, we may issue refunds in the following exceptional circumstances:

4.1. Billing Errors

If you were charged incorrectly due to a billing error on our part, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate and issue a full refund for any erroneous charges.

4.2. Duplicate Charges

If you were charged multiple times for the same subscription period due to a system error, we will refund all duplicate charges immediately upon verification.

4.3. Technical Issues

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for documented technical faults or errors originating from our platform that prevent the Service from being delivered as described.

  • Provide detailed information about the problem (error messages, screenshots, etc.)
  • Allow our support team the opportunity to resolve the issue

5. BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) Plan - Important Notice

Critical Information for BYOK Users: If you subscribe to the BYOK plan ($8/month), you are responsible for providing your own AI API keys and paying your AI provider directly for API usage.

5.1. BYOK Billing Responsibility

  • You pay Bricks Pilot $8/month for access to the BYOK features
  • You pay your AI provider (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, or DeepSeek) directly and separately for all API usage
  • We are NOT responsible for any costs incurred with your AI provider
  • API costs can vary significantly based on your usage and the AI model you choose

5.2. What Is NOT Covered by Refunds

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Normal subscription fees - You can cancel anytime, but no refunds for current period
  • Change of mind - Simply cancel your subscription instead
  • Usage limits reached (e.g., running out of AI generations on Pro/Business plans)
  • BYOK API costs - Costs incurred with your own AI provider
  • Third-party issues - Bricks Builder updates, AI provider outages, WordPress compatibility
  • Account violations - Suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Partial month refunds - No prorated refunds for unused days

6. Payment Processing

All financial transactions for our services are securely processed by Paddle.com, our designated Merchant of Record.

  • We do not store your full credit card information on our servers
  • Paddle handles all payment processing and associated data securely
  • Refunds are issued through Paddle to your original payment method
  • Please review Paddle's terms and privacy policy for information on how they handle your payment data
